At Closer Health LTD, we respect your right to privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account at any time. According to our Privacy Policy, you have the right to request the deletion of your data.

Steps to Deactivate Your Account from the App:

  1. Open the Closer Health app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.
  4. Click on ‘Deactivate Account’.
  5. Confirm your decision by clicking ‘OK’.

Alternative Method via Email:

If you prefer to delete your account via email, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email to hello@closer.health.
  2. Include your email address associated with your Closer Health account.
  3. Clearly state that you wish to delete your account.

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your account.

Data Retention Period:

  • Account Data: We retain your account data for 6 months after account deletion to address any potential issues or reactivation requests.
  • Health Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and up to 1 year after account deletion. Note that any health data retained after account deletion is anonymized and used only for research purposes, and only if you have consented to such use.
