What do I get after paying the first £20 subscription?
You will get a payment invoice with the details of this payment and a ‘Thank You’ note from Closer founders.
What do I get after paying the second £20 subscription?
You will get the second payment invoice and another ‘Thank You’ note from Closer founders.
What do I get after paying the third and last £20 subscription?
You will get a final payment invoice, one more ‘Thank You’ note from Closer founders, a mention on the app’s Thank You page, and a shareholders agreement (SHA) you must sign and return to the Closer team (the SHA will contain the total number of Closer shares you have and the obligations of the company and shareholders).
I’m not a woman, but I would like to support Closer. How can I do that?
Thank you for your interest in supporting Closer; you can buy a subscription or more and gift it (or them) to women in your life. All you need to do is provide us with the email address(es) of the benefiting recipient(s) for your subscription. We will contact them to inform them of your gift and share the download link for the Closer app with them. They will become lifelong subscribers of the Closer Bronze Plan, and you will be a part-owner of Closer.
I’m a man buying a Closer subscription, and I want the equity allocation to go to a woman in my life. How can I do that?
You fill out the email address(es) of your benefitting recipient(s) in the field provided on the payment page. We will send you a ‘Thank You’ note to inform you that we have shared an email with your benefitting recipient(s) and allocated you ‘X’ shares. You will need to reply to this message telling us you want to gift your allocation, too. Once we receive your email, we will reallocate the equity to your benefitting recipient and send them an email informing them of your equity gift.
Can I refer someone to the Closer Lifetime Customer Programme (CLCP)? What do I need to do to refer someone?
Yes, you can! First, you need to subscribe to the programme. Then, you will receive your referral code in our first ‘Thank You’ note. Share the code with the person or people you refer to the programme, ask them to use the ‘Add Promo code’ feature on the payment page, and fill in the code you shared with them in the Promo Code field.
How many shares do I get for my £60 subscription?
You will receive 1.42 Closer shares for each £60 subscription. For example, if you buy one £60 subscription, you will receive 1.42 shares; if you buy two £60 subscriptions, you will receive 2.84 shares, etc.
How much equity commission do I get for a referral-based subscription? When do I get this commission?
You will receive 0.28 Closer shares for each referral-based subscription in addition to your existing equity, i.e. you will only get the equity commission after a subscriber subscribes successfully using your referral code.
